Dispair
My art teacher wouldn't accept my picture from last post. She said it was "too fairyish" and wants me to stop drawing stuff like that because thats not what the college people want. That REALLY upsets me because I worked a good 3 hours on that picture, with my mind set on NOT making it too fairyish and showing her I can draw other things too. Guess I was wrong.

D< AND ITS NOT FUCKING FAIRYISH ITS SUPPOSE TO BE ABOUT LOVE! FAIRIES AND LOVE ARE TWO FUCKING DIFFERENT THINGS MRS. WELLS! I SUGGEST YOU GET A DICTIONARY AND LOOK IT UP.

Excuse me while I go cry in the corner.

Get used to it, art-teachers are cruel. Ask her what could you make better about the picture, don't stay quiet about it but don't bitch or fight back either. It's probably too fairyish because the people were floating and there was so much empty space but that's just my guess. :< Don't get depressed over it!

That's terrible. I got told the same thing when I was 14 and I drew a fucking LISA FRANK pony that was already a fuckin' cartoon and my Art teacher - who was a fucking MATH TEACHER was all like "its a cartoon". I was all like "uh yeah what the fuck do you think lisa frank ponies are you cunt?"

I'd like to find that whore now-a-days and show her my art NOW and see how she feels.

Fuckin' losers. Lookit Savin! His work is all cartoony stuff and he's becoming famous! Shows what art teachers really know - NOTHING!!!

Oh, it's that whole eye of the beholder thing. Some courses I've taken wanted things surreal and animated, others wanted still life and rough. If you want to know what colleges want, ask the colleges, because quite frankly it all depends on who's on the faculty at the time.

Also, that pic is darned cute ;)
